The new Draping with Uncured Thickness capability allows you to perform draping simulations based on uncured ply thickness. This feature is particularly useful for generating laser projection files and creating accurate ply flat patterns.
During the simulation, you can choose between cured and uncured ply thickness in the Options tab, with your selection displayed in the graphics window. Additionally, the cured or uncured thickness values can be specified in the Composite tab of the Material Definition dialog box.
