In Creo 11.0, the Offset feature has been enhanced to provide greater flexibility. Alongside selecting curves or intent datum curves, you can now directly select an edge, edge chain, or intent chain for offset operations. This improvement eliminates the need to create a curve from an edge chain before performing an offset.

User Interface Location: Click Model > Offset.
