In Creo 11.0, a new configuration option lets you control the default display of locked objects in Sketcher. This feature allows you to set the default state of the Locks Display option in the graphics toolbar.

You can configure this setting through the Creo Parametric Options dialog by navigating to Sketcher > Object Display Settings and checking the Show locks option.
