Creo Parametric 11 enhances the Rolling Ball option in Offset, which was initially introduced in Creo Parametric 10.0.1.0. This enhancement significantly improves performance, both generally and during feature regeneration workflows, whether using the user interface or pressing OK after calculating an attached/unattached preview. The Rolling Ball method also increases the success rate of offset geometry creation in cases where the Normal to Surface offset method fails.
