The CLEAR_DIST parameter allows you to define a clear distance above the workpiece surface at which PLUNGE_FEED ends and CUT_FEED begins. This provides enhanced control over how the plunge feed is applied during machining.

  • Ensures consistency across Turning sequences
  • Provides better control over PLUNGE_FEED
    Additionally, it enables faster machining by offering three defined feeds for different portions of the toolpath:
  • Rapid feed for approach
  • Plunge feed
  • Cut feed for material removal
