User Interface Location: In the Surface Finish Gallery, click Annotate > Surface Finish > Gallery
Release: Creo Parametric 9.0.0.0
What is the benefit of this enhancement?
Three new surface finish symbols defined according to the latest ASME and ISO standards have been added to the surface finish gallery for both drawing and model-based definitions. These symbols provide improved compliance with detailing standards.
The new surface finish symbols are:
- ASME Y14.36-2018
- ISO 1302:2002
- ISO 25178:2016
These surface finish symbols also include parameter tagging. When these symbols are placed in the model environment, relevant parameters are created on the surface finish instance.
