Welding: Joint Members


The new Joint Members feature in Creo Welding enables you to define which components are being joined by Weld features. This is particularly beneficial for managing complex assemblies with numerous welds, providing clarity during the welding process.

Manual selection method using  Joint Members

•Assistant method using  Joint Members Assistant

◦Can choose Joint Members feature location

•Activate Joint Members features in the  Weld and Joint Tree

•Transparent view for active Joint Members

•Optional step in welding process

User Interface Location: Click Applications >  Welding >  Joint Members or  Joint Members Assistant.
