Creo 11 introduces powerful new surface selection methods—Lasso, Trace, and an enhanced Box Selection—designed to improve your efficiency in Part and Assembly mode.
Key Features
- Box Selection:
Enclose surfaces within a box and choose whether to select visible surfaces or surfaces hidden by others. - Lasso Selection:
Select surfaces within a defined loop, focusing only on visible surfaces. - Trace Selection:
Trace over surfaces to select only the visible ones. - Object/Action Workflow Support:
These selection methods are now available for surface set collectors and the Color Tool’s surface collector, such as selecting Boundary Surfaces in the Seed & Boundary selection rule.
