The Export to ANSYS Mechanical format command in Creo Ansys Simulation is now available by default, removing the previous dependency on a configuration option. This enhancement allows users to easily export simulation models directly to the Ansys Mechanical format (.casdat) for further analysis.

User Interface Location: Click File > Save As >  Export to ANSYS Mechanical format on the Ansys Simulation tab.
