You can now use the Visual Field feature in Creo to create a surface cone that represents the resulting visual field within surrounding and potentially obstructing geometry.
User Interface Location: In a part or in an assembly, click Analysis > Safety > Visual Field.

What is the benefit of this enhancement?
This enhancement is useful for performing ergonomic studies. It can be used either with a manikin model or without one.
Previously, it was not possible to clearly understand how obstructing geometry affected the field of view from a specific eye point.
With this enhancement, you can evaluate how surrounding geometry impacts the visual field from a given eye point by analyzing a surface cone that represents the resulting field of view.
