The surface finish gallery now incorporates newly added surface finish symbols that adhere to both ASME and ISO standards.

Three additional surface finish symbols, aligned with the latest ASME and ISO standards, have been introduced to the surface finish gallery for use in both drawings and model-based definitions. These symbols are designed to enhance compliance with detailing standards.

The recently added surface finish symbols are:

  • ASME Y14.36-2018
  • ISO 1302:2002
  • ISO 25178:2016

Notably, these surface finish symbols come with parameter tagging. Upon placement in the model environment, relevant parameters are automatically generated on the surface finish instance, streamlining the detailing process.
