There are quick and intuitive options for editing the contents of tables:

  • On-screen editing mode
    • Double-click a table cell to activate the edit mode and start entering text.
    • Single-click the next cell to begin editing its content.
    • Navigate between cells using the Tab and Shift + Tab keys.
  • Text editor mode
    • Use the Text Editor in the Format tab to add text to the selected cell.
    • Move to the next cell to edit its content while staying in text editor mode.

User Interface Location: Select the cell in the table, and then on the Format tab, click  Text Editor.

These intuitive text editing methods make it easier to navigate and edit table cells efficiently in edit mode.
