Formatting tables and table objects has never been easier. When you select a table object, the contextual “Format” and “Table” ribbon tabs, along with a mini toolbar, provide a variety of formatting and table-related commands. These tools allow you to customize and modify tables and their contents to meet your specific needs.

Some of the available formatting options for tables in MBD include:

  • Text formatting
  • Cell formatting
  • Fill color
  • Add hyperlinks
  • Adjust row and column height and width
  • Add or delete rows or columns
  • Scale tables
  • Merge or unmerge cells
  • Blank or unblank cell borders
  • Change font and line thickness
  • Semantic query and definition

User Interface Location:

•Select the table, row, column, or cell. The Format and Table ribbon tab open.

•Select the table, row, column, or cell. The contextual menu appears.
