Soldermask import as context data is now supported in Creo.
User Interface Location: In ECAD ASM, click Import ECAD Context Data.

What is the benefit of this enhancement?
This enhancement helps MCAD engineers review soldermask regions that expose copper for electrical or thermal bonding requirements.
Previously, there was no support for importing the soldermask layer as context data.
