As an advanced NC user, you can now add user-defined parameters in an XML file to be included in the CL Data, which can then be interpreted by the post processor.
User Interface Location:
- In a manufacturing assembly, create or edit a sequence, and then edit parameters.
- Select the User-Defined Parameters tab.

What is the benefit of this enhancement?
This capability is especially useful for users familiar with post-processing development who need the flexibility to add custom commands to the CL data as PPRINT statements with defined values.
By enabling this, Creo NC removes the limitation of relying only on predefined CL commands and offers greater flexibility when programming NC machine tools.
