Description
This update introduces new ModelCheck diagnostics to detect overlapping Sheetmetal bodies and identify design violations in flat states.

SHTMTL_OVERLAP_INFO check – Checks if a Sheetmetal body has overlapping geometry in flat state. It also highlights the affected body in the graphics window.
SHTMTL_RULE_CHECK check – Reports all Sheetmetal design rule violations. The check has an option to highlight the violation in the graphics window with correct dimension.

Benefits
These checks extend the functionality of existing Sheetmetal checks by adding support for multibody Sheetmetal features.
