Creo data sharing feature updates for reference part information

Description
When you create a data sharing feature, the accuracy type and accuracy value of the reference model, along with the model length units, are now available as local parameters. These parameters can be accessed as feature parameters and are also included in the feature information report.

Benefits
This enhancement allows you to access the reference model’s accuracy type, accuracy value, and length units, helping you better understand the reference geometry and avoid potential geometry issues caused by accuracy or unit mismatches.
