Welding: xMCF Export


You can now export welding data from Creo to an xMCF (Extended Master Connection File), which can be used in downstream processes. This export supports the ISO 10303-242 standard and is currently available for all spot weld features.

  • xMCF Support: Adheres to the ISO 10303-242 standard.
  • Current Support: Available for spot weld features.
  • Future Expansion: Will be extended to all weld features in Creo Parametric 12.0.

Creo Parametric 11.0.0.0

User Interface Location: Click Applications >  Welding > Info >  Export.
