Starting with Creo Parametic 7.0.0.0, there is support for Lattice and for 3D printed parts.

Support for multibody models makes it easier to create a lattice. The 3D printing of multibody parts give you more granular, body-based control over the definition of the build process.

Multibody support for Lattice is described as follows:

  • Apply a lattice to a selected body.
  • Create a lattice in a new body.

Multibody support for 3D printed parts is described as follows:

  • Assign a color for each body.
  • Validate clearance between bodies using the Pairs Clearance and Global Clearance commands on the Analysis tab.
  • Assemble the multibody model in the 3D printing tray.
  • Define printing strategies by assigning different printing and build profiles to individual bodies.
  • Support for body color using 3MF Export.
